Role:
Do you enjoy combining technology with real customer benefit? In this position, as a Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer, you are responsible for varied ICT projects in the Microsoft environment. Classic servers, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 (M365) merge into well-thought-out overall solutions. Your customers see you as a technical sparring partner on equal footing. Your experience counts here, and you leave a noticeable mark on every project.
Responsibilities:
You capture customer needs and develop viable technical concepts from them
You plan modern cloud, hybrid, and local environments and consistently advance them
Furthermore, you take on the setup and operation of switches, WLAN, and firewalls
You implement telephony solutions based on Microsoft Teams and keep them reliably running
As the direct technical contact person, you accompany your customers from planning to go-live
Additionally, you actively assist with demanding cases in 2nd and 3rd level support
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as a system engineer or in a comparable technical role distinguish you
You are confident in Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
In Azure, you master compute, networking, and identity, and you are also familiar with Azure Virtual Desktop
Routing, VPN, switching, and WLAN are also part of your toolkit
You tackle tasks independently, keep an overview even in hectic phases, and thrive in customer interaction
Moreover, you score with know-how in Teams telephony or other VoIP systems, relevant certifications, or project experience in an SME environment
