Operational Buyer Healthcare 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You handle order processes from demand notification to on-time delivery.
The procurement of consumables and other operational products is within your area of responsibility.
Through regular supplier contacts, you clarify conditions, availabilities, and open orders.
You follow up on deviations in delivery dates or product quality until resolved.
In coordination with the specialist departments, you coordinate material requirements and procurement processes.
You keep order quantities, prices, and delivery deadlines up to date in the system.
When selecting suitable sources of supply, you consider medical and regulatory requirements.
You monitor compliance with agreed conditions and specified procurement budgets.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, supplemented by further training in procurement.
At least three years of professional experience in operational procurement.
Knowledge of healthcare or a regulated procurement environment is an advantage.
Practical experience with SAP MM.
Sound understanding of order processing and supplier management.
Confident manner in price discussions and negotiations.
Independent working style with strong organisational skills.
Clear communication and a solution-oriented approach to deviations.
