What awaits you

• Advising and assisting clients, mainly by telephone or at reception when they visit the agency
• Telephone contact with clients to obtain and arrange appointments for advisors
• Preparation and follow-up of appointments with clients, support for advisor teams in their daily tasks, correspondence and general administration
• Drafting insurance offers and proposals
• Close and ongoing contact with the agency's advisor teams
• Frequent exchanges with the various departments of AXA's regional headquarters

What you bring

• A commercial education and initial experience in administration; knowledge of the insurance sector is a real advantage
• A strong interest in advising and selling, and a strong motivation to train on our products and internal processes
• A service-oriented personality and the desire to always find the best fair solution for all
• A positive and dynamic temperament, reliability, flexibility, ease in interpersonal contacts, and an excellent team spirit
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and fluency in English
• A place of residence within our activity area and good knowledge of the local economic fabric
• Ease with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
