Legal Officer, Specialist in Construction Outside Building Zones
Your Tasks
- Review and assessment of building applications outside building zones
- Support in the implementation of RPG 2 (revision of the Spatial Planning Act)
- Advising municipal authorities and private individuals
- Development of concepts and foundations
Your Competencies
- Degree in spatial planning, law, architecture, construction or a related discipline (career changers not excluded)
- Ideally experience in construction outside building zones
- Target group-oriented communication
- Enjoyment of direct contact with builders, professionals and authorities
