Process Specialist AVOR – Electronics Manufacturing (80–100 %)

Your Challenge 

You combine hardware development, procurement and electronics manufacturing. From the release of production data to shipping, you coordinate production preparation and ensure that materials, data and capacities are available on time. Together with production management, you develop our processes further.

Production planning: 

• Hub between development and production: Close exchange with hardware developers to ensure manufacturability
• Independent preparation of production data as well as recording and maintenance of bills of materials and work plans in the ERP 
• Participation and development of decision-making bases in make-or-buy analyses
• Timely capacity planning to serve our internal and external customers

Disposition and procurement:

• Demand planning, material disposition and purchasing of electronic components
• Checking order confirmations, tracking delivery dates

Process analytics and production organisation

• Continuous development of production organisation in close cooperation with production management
• Analytical questioning of existing processes, simplifying workflows and sustainably minimising error susceptibility

Your Profile

You are a willing learner, communicative and open personality with an exact way of working. You are a proactive person with a hands-on mentality. Flexibility is natural for you and you align yourself with the needs of our customers and the team. You can express yourself fluently in German and English. You bring with you:

• Completed technical basic training, preferably as an electronics technician, and further training as a process specialist, HF technician in business processes or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
• Solid professional experience in electronics manufacturing, mechatronics or industrial production in AVOR and procurement. 
• Confident handling of ERP systems and good Office skills
• Strong process-analytical thinking and the ability to abstract and simplify complex contexts
• Communication talent as an interface between different departments
• Structured, solution- and customer-oriented working style with a high awareness of quality.
