IT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is an internationally active Swiss industrial company with its own development and production. The company develops technical solutions for industrial applications and operates worldwide. Quality, innovation and many years of experience characterise the company.
Responsibilities:
You support the establishment and further development of the central helpdesk structure and ensure the smooth operation of local as well as cloud-based IT systems.
You plan, install and manage Windows clients and server environments and ensure compliance with security standards through targeted change and risk management.
As the first point of contact, you coordinate communication with internal users and external service providers to efficiently resolve technical requirements and faults.
Together with the IT application team, you are involved in the administration, maintenance and expansion of the client-server architecture.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist with a focus on system technology and ideally already have professional experience.
Sound knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem - including Windows 10/11, Server 2016/2019, Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Phone System - characterises you.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office365 and virtualisation technologies is an advantage.
Fluent German language skills complete your profile.
