What you will achieve with us
- You lead our customer service department with a positive and constructive attitude, both professionally and personally
- You take responsibility for achieving targets and quality management in customer service. You make decisions pragmatically, solution-oriented, and with the necessary discretion.
- You further develop customer service, identify improvement potentials, and implement changes consistently and practically together with your team
- You are an active part of the management team of our insurance business unit, think beyond your own area, and make an important contribution to the further development of our business unit and our company
What you bring with you
- At least five years of experience in leadership and team development
- A people-oriented and constructive leadership style
- Decisiveness and assertiveness, combined with clarity, pragmatism, and sensitivity
- Work experience in customer service or service environments
- Knowledge of business processes. Ideally, you have knowledge of the insurance sector
- Fluent German in spoken and written form.
