Sales Development Representative (SDR) - HR Software for SMEs (m/f/d)

You turn attention, contacts, and market potentials into real sales opportunities. In the Swiss SME market, you open the right doors, identify potentials, and specifically bring our HR-for-SMEs initiative into the conversation. You don’t think in terms of individual products but in the challenges of our customers – laying the foundation for sustainable relationships.

• Together with Marketing and Sales, you identify attractive target companies, market segments, as well as relevant contacts and buying centres.
• You specifically pick up and develop leads and signals from campaigns, events, webinars, downloads, website enquiries, LinkedIn, recommendations, and our network.
• You approach potential customers personally and well-prepared via LinkedIn, email, and telephone, where relevance and quality are more important than pure activity numbers.
• In initial conversations, you find out where the customer stands: problem, need, company size, existing systems, potential, timing, and decision-making processes.
• You arrange qualified appointments reliably and hand over opportunities in a structured manner to the appropriate Solutions Expert.
• You document contacts, insights, and next steps transparently in the CRM so that valuable signals are not lost.
• Together with Marketing and Sales, you evaluate which target groups, messages, and channels work and continuously develop our approach.

• You bring experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales Manager, or in a comparable role and know the SDR craft.
• You enjoy qualitative new customer acquisition and building new relationships.
• You communicate confidently via telephone, email, and LinkedIn and explain complex topics simply.
• Swiss German is part of your everyday life, and you also have very good written German skills.
• You are genuinely interested in HR, digitalisation, software, and the challenges of Swiss SMEs.
• You like to work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner, while remaining curious and persistent.
• Thinking along, teamwork, and impact instead of pure KPI pressure suit you and our culture.
• Experience with CRM systems and digitally supported sales outreach is an advantage.
