Operations Mechanic 100% (m/f/d) 

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring professional, independent and efficient execution of maintenance, repair and servicing work on production facilities, machines and technical equipment including all necessary documentation
• Carrying out preventive and reactive maintenance work to ensure high equipment availability as well as responsibility for analysing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults during ongoing operations
• Contributing to the creation, maintenance and further development of maintenance plans
• Developing ideas to improve the availability, safety, quality and efficiency of the equipment
• Supporting and/or taking responsibility for conversions, adjustments and optimisations of machines and operating resources

Profile:

• You have completed vocational training as a production mechanic, maintenance mechanic or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Ideally, you have professional experience in plant maintenance
• Knowledge of reading technical drawings, circuit diagrams and maintenance documents as well as in the area of pneumatics, mechanical and hydraulic maintenance is advantageous
• You recognise opportunities for innovation and optimisation and implement these in collaboration with other contacts
• Flexibility, resilience, reliability, initiative, networked thinking as well as precise and structured working methods are your strengths
• You are also a strong team player, you live a constructive feedback culture and maintain open communication
• You have fluent language skills in German (spoken and written) and ideally bring language skills in English
• We expect MS Office user skills
