Team Leader Filling Line III

In this position, you report directly to the head of Filling Line III. You take on the professional and personnel responsibility for a team of several employees. As part of your activity, you carry out manufacturing processes on a routine system for filling sterile pharmaceuticals.

You are responsible for the high-quality, timely, and quantitative implementation of production orders while strictly adhering to all applicable regulations and quality standards.

Your tasks essentially include:

• Shift management of your team in a 2-shift operation (Monday to Sunday, 05:00–23:00 early or late shift alternating) and handing over the necessary information to the following shift
• Leading about 10 employees and coordinating activities and tasks
• Personnel planning
• Further development of employees
• Recruitment and training of employees
• Active participation in the process in a production zone and providing professional support
  • Operation of the systems
  • Format changes
  • Performing measurements
  • Cleaning and disinfection of cleanrooms
  • Sterile filtration
  • Equipment preparation
  • Documentation of performed work
  • Compliance with work instructions, SOPs, and GMP guidelines
• Working with modern process control systems
• Planning & execution of maintenance work
• Working according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) (documentation, cleaning, etc.)
• Preparation, assistance in conducting inspections
• Contact person for technical matters for your own area of responsibility
• Support in project work
• Working with SAP
• Close cooperation with the other team leaders of aseptic filling
• Setting clear goals, promoting collaboration, and creating a responsible working environment

Qualifications & Professional Experience:

• Completed vocational training in the food, pharmaceutical, or technical field
• Experience in personnel management and in the food or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in sterile filling
• High social competence and team spirit
• High resilience and reliability
• Enjoy working in a team and take pleasure in producing a high-quality medication that helps our patients
• High motivation / independence, reliable working style, and strong quality awareness
• Good PC skills (MS Office, SAP)
• Good communication skills in spoken and written form (German required)
• You appreciate the advantages of shift work (including weekends)
