Your area of responsibility

- Strategic and operational advice and support for managers and employees on labour law issues, HR processes, and demanding personnel matters
- Recruitment of specialists and executives and management of the corresponding operational processes
- Active participation in ongoing and upcoming HR projects as well as in change processes

What you bring
- Commercial basic training with further education in Human Resources at specialist certificate level
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role, ideally in an industrial environment
- Native German speaker, good knowledge of French, Italian an advantage
- Sound knowledge of labour law as well as a good understanding of business management contexts
- Communicative personality who acts on equal footing with managers and provides orientation in complex situations
- Responsible and independent working style
- Strong team player
