For our insured clients, the Customer Service Centre is the first point of contact where attentive and professional assistance is provided. Do you have strong customer and service orientation qualities, experience in leading a team, and stand out for your enterprising spirit?

• You manage a team of about 13 customer advisors and are responsible for their technical and organisational development.
• Achieving sales and customer loyalty targets are essential factors in your work.
• Thanks to a high quality of service and advice, you ensure maximum customer satisfaction, constantly developing the support offer.
• With strong motivation, you handle the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing and loyalty measures.
• You design, organise, and conduct targeted commercial prospecting activities.

• Training as a sales specialist, sales manager, or in business administration, already holding the AFA insurance intermediary qualification
• Several years of experience in the insurance sector (health)
• Proven experience in managing and developing employees
• Strong decision-making skills and assertive personality with a strong customer focus
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and German

• 40-hour work week and flexible working hours
• Possibility to work from home
• 2-5 days of holiday, increasing to 30 days from age 50
• Paid public holidays on 24 and 31 December
