HR Business Partner (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the qualitative and quantitative execution of all operational HR processes from A to Z (recruitment, support, development and separation)
• Building sustainable relationship management at the management and employee level
• Contact person for employees and supervisors on all HR-related issues
• Implementation of strategic HR initiatives and projects within your own area of responsibility
• Close collaboration with other HR Business Partners and the HR Service Centre (payroll, administration and systems)
• Support of change processes in the organisation and further development of managers and employees
• Implementation and support of HR projects

Your profile:

• Completed training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent HR training and solid professional experience in HR in a similar role
• Project management experience or corresponding potential
• High IT affinity and very good MS Office user skills
• Native German speaker (confident in spoken and written language), good English skills
• Team player, implementation-strong and engaging personality
• Strong communication skills
• Service- and customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Openness to new things and constant change
• Process-oriented and structured approach
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Workload: 80-100%
