Job description:

• Analysis of customer needs and development of concrete business requirements for mandate and portfolio fund solutions
• Design, specification and development support within the framework of strategic initiatives in the investment business
• Planning and moderation of workshops and refinements with business departments and IT teams
• Independent creation of requirements and detailed specifications as well as development of features and user stories
• Translation of business requirements into technical and organisational solutions
• Definition of interface adjustments, data models and applicative configurations
• Collaboration in designing user-friendly interfaces
• Planning, creation and execution of functional and non-functional tests
• Coordination of different stakeholders and active support of implementation

About the customer:

In this versatile position, you will work on forward-looking initiatives in the investment business and actively shape modern solutions for private clients and private banking.

You operate at the interface between the business department and IT, analyse complex requirements and accompany their implementation from conception to successful testing. In doing so, you work closely with various stakeholders as well as interdisciplinary Agile and Scrum teams.

Requirements:

• Several years of practical experience as a Business Engineer or Business Analyst in IT projects of a large bank
• Sound knowledge of the investment business, especially in the areas of mandates, portfolios or funds
• Experience with solutions for private clients and/or private banking
• Very good knowledge of methods and procedures in business analysis
• Confidence in creating business concepts, detailed specifications, features and user stories
• Experience with data modelling, interfaces and testing
• Proven experience in collaborating with agile IT teams; knowledge of Essential SAFe is an advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a quick grasp
• Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of open and constructive collaboration in interdisciplinary teams
• University degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
• German language skills at near-native level (C2)
