Swiss Lung League
The Lung League is a non-profit organisation active in the health sector at a national level. In Switzerland, 15 regional lung leagues advise people suffering from lung or respiratory diseases to enable them to live as independently and symptom-free as possible. The Swiss Lung League, the umbrella organisation, employs 30 staff in Köniz, coordinates the activities of the leagues, and is committed to health promotion and prevention. It represents the organisation and its members, notably with specialist doctors, health insurance companies, and authorities.

Continuing Education and Travel Organisation Officer (60-70%)
Your tasks:
- Continuing Education Service/Course Administration: planning, organising and administrative management of continuing education courses; supporting course participants and speakers; coordinating dates, venues, materials and course equipment; secretarial duties for federal diploma exams; participating in projects aimed at developing and digitising continuing education offerings; assisting with the organisation of the tuberculosis symposium and the TB hotline
- "Fresh Air Stays" Service / Travel Offers: organising and administratively monitoring "Fresh Air Stays" trips; coordinating trips, participants and registrations; ensuring oxygen supply; promoting and following up on trips. December 2026 – May 2027: maternity leave cover, then part-time administrative support for the "Fresh Air Stays" service.
- Assistance within the administrative team
Your profile:
- Commercial training or equivalent, with several years of professional experience in course administration and/or project management
- Dynamic personality, solution-oriented mindset and initiative, capable of managing projects in a structured and autonomous manner
- Enjoys human relations, calm and organised personality
- Experience and/or interest in new (learning) technologies, process optimisation, digitisation and trends in education
- Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint, with an affinity for digitisation
- Native language: German, with (mandatory) very good knowledge of French (level C1); proficiency in other languages is an asset
