Your future area of responsibility

Acceptance and processing of individual reservations by telephone, e-mail and via booking platforms – professional, friendly and solution-oriented
Maintenance and management of reservations in the system – with a focus on completeness, accuracy and guest satisfaction
Active sales of our hotels and services – cross-regionally and with passion for excellent service
Implementation of upselling measures and targeted sale of additional services such as breakfast, late check-out or room upgrades
Close cooperation with the front office, revenue management and other departments to ensure an optimal booking process
Support in the implementation of special promotions, contingents and group enquiries after consultation

Your profile

Completed training in the hotel industry as well as initial professional experience in reservations or at the reception
Confident handling of MS Office and practical experience with Opera, Opera Cloud or comparable hotel software
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written – any additional language is a plus
Strong communication skills as well as a fine sense for service-oriented sales

Contract. You will receive a permanent employment contract from the start – for maximum security and planning (with attractive employment conditions according to L-GAV)
Rest. 8 paid public holidays per year (instead of the 6 prescribed by L-GAV), 6 weeks’ holiday until the month in which the 20th birthday is reached, as well as from the age of 50
