Specialist Living & Social Pedagogue (80% workload each)
These are your tasks:
- Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support of clients in everyday life as well as promotion of their development potential
- Cooperative work with reference persons
- Close coordination with the team for a common care-educational attitude and for shaping everyday life
- Active assistance in the residential group household
- Maintaining client documentation
This is what you bring:
- Degree as a social pedagogue HF/FH and for the specialist living position a degree as a care specialist (FaBe) specializing in disability care or health specialist (FaGe)
- Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
- Observational skills and joy in appreciative support of people
- Openness to new solution approaches and reflecting on one’s own actions
- Reliability, high resilience and balanced personality
- Driver's license category B is an advantage
