- You support the external service with all administrative matters.
- You assist customers at the counter, by phone and by correspondence.
- You handle routine matters, such as preparing offers and managing correspondence.
- You conduct research and clarifications in collaboration with the technical departments at headquarters.
What we expect from you
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training.
- You already have several years of professional experience, ideally in insurance, pension or finance.
- You adapt easily to new situations and work with a service-oriented mindset, quickly and carefully.
- You have good communication skills and are proficient in spoken and written German.
- You have obtained or are in the process of obtaining your AFA certification.
