In this versatile hub function, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in the processing of our trading transactions. • Creating invoices and credit notes in the company ERP system
• Recording contracts in the ERP system
• Requesting order confirmations, invoices, etc. from customers and suppliers
• Checking and controlling stock levels in the ERP system
• Supporting the sales department
• Hub function administration-purchasing-warehouse-dispatch
• Contact person for customers regarding administration
• Deputising for and supporting team members
• Carrying out monthly closings
• General administrative tasks

• Completed commercial training is desirable
• Professional experience in the commercial field
• Reliable and precise way of working
• Very good IT and MS Office skills
• Responsible team player with enjoyment in dealing with people
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form are essential
• French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
