Your field of activity

• You competently support the management of anaesthesia care in administrative and organisational matters, coordinate meetings and take on a central hub function within the anaesthesia care nursing area
• You accompany the personnel processes from entry to exit, take over the administration of the NDS students and reliably coordinate the administrative concerns of the employees
• You are responsible for the monthly PEP closing, coordinate the weekly schedule of anaesthesia care and competently support questions about working hours, time management and short-term personnel deployments
• You look after the nursing-specific SharePoint and intranet pages, support in authorisation and role management (IAM), organise further training and team events and ensure reliable representation within the secretariat together with the team

Your experience

• You have a completed commercial basic training EFZ or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have experience in healthcare, personnel administration or a similar coordination function
• You have good IT user skills, are proficient in dealing with digital applications and systems and appreciate working with different stakeholders
• You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner and keep an overview of different tasks and priorities even in a dynamic working environment
• You convince with communication skills, discretion and a sense of responsibility and keep an overview even in demanding situations, act solution-oriented and appear professional
