Your day at Studer Cables:

• As Head of Process Engineering, you take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and work together to ensure that our manufacturing processes function stably, efficiently, and economically.
• You systematically analyse process disruptions and work together with production and engineering to find sustainable solutions. Your goal: stable, reproducible processes and continuous improvement of our manufacturing.
• You introduce new manufacturing processes in cable production, optimise existing workflows, and ensure their standardisation. You also accompany the process-related commissioning of new equipment as well as the approval of processes, products, and changes.
• You actively drive the digitalisation of our production. You are responsible for the introduction and further development of the MES system and use operational data purposefully for analyses and improvements.
• As a competent contact person, you support and train production staff and managers and work closely with development, process engineering, engineering, production planning, and quality.
• You actively contribute to the continuous improvement process and enthusiastically drive topics around CIP and Kaizen.

This is you:

• Technical basic training with further education as a process specialist FA, technician HF, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in process engineering, production engineering, or a comparable industrial environment, ideally in cable or a related manufacturing sector.
• Sound knowledge in process optimisation, statistical process evaluation, and analysis of production data. Experience with MES systems and modern data analysis methods is an advantage.
• You think analytically, act solution-oriented, and understand how to translate complex technical contexts into sustainable and practical solutions.
• As a committed leader, you communicate openly and clearly, promote your employees, and succeed in implementing improvements together with your team.
• High initiative, assertiveness, and a pronounced quality and sense of responsibility characterise you.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
