About us:

IMMOVATIV Häfliger AG is a small, dynamic property company in the Thun region. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a property manager to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of a varied, own property portfolio (rental & condominium ownership)
• Comprehensive support of tenants and owners
• Complete rental contract management, conducting apartment inspections and handovers
• Organisation and supervision of maintenance and renovation work

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in the property sector or comparable professional experience
• Strong service orientation, flexibility and enjoyment in customer contact
• Independent, structured and efficient working style
• Good IT skills
• Driving licence category B
