The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 200 clients.
From 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a
Head of Housekeeping 100%
What to expect:
- Administrative and personnel management of a team of eight employees
- Ensuring smooth organisation in the housekeeping area (cleaning, laundry)
- Active participation in all housekeeping areas (cleaning, laundry)
- Collaboration with other areas (residential groups, studio, administration)
What we expect:
- Training as a department head in hotel and housekeeping management FA, hotel and housekeeping specialist EFZ
- Independent working style, good communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekends/public holidays
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and humour
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
