What is my role?

• Economical execution of the assigned work

• Optimal use of resources

• Responsible for qualitative and quantitative work performance

• Ensure timely completion of work through flexible working hours

• Active participation in work optimisation

• Maintenance and servicing of workplace equipment (machines, tools, building technology)

• Support and training of other/new employees

• Master the SAP knowledge necessary for daily business

• Ensure order and cleanliness at the workplace

• Compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations

(Main) tasks

Activities

Vacuum soldering:

• Preparing soldering batches or annealing batches

• Applying solder

• Applying solder stop-off

• Assembly work

• Loading the carrier

• Operating the vacuum soldering ovens

• Creating vacuum soldering programmes

• Documenting the soldering processes

Bonding:

• Mixing and applying adhesives

• Assembling the parts to be bonded (clamping device)

• Operating the curing oven

• Repair bonding work (detaching)

Testing activities:

• Leak testing of soldered parts (He leak test)

• Water flow testing

• Recording of testing activities

What do I need to be successful?

• Good comprehension skills

• Manual dexterity

• Standards and drawing knowledge

• SAP knowledge

• Soldering experience
