Your Tasks

• Quickly identify, record and prioritise irregularities
• Daily goods inspection in the transhipment warehouse
• Goal-oriented customer discussions to clarify matters
• Complete damage handling with customers
• Recording and coordination of subsequent deliveries
• Briefing and debriefing drivers
• Support in processing loading lists
• Various other administrative tasks in the area of transport / dispatch

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training with professional experience, preferably in transport or forwarding
• Quick comprehension and the ability to recognise complex contexts
• Resilient, a team player, and confident and calm demeanour even in hectic situations
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Good French skills, spoken and written
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP an advantage
