Conciliation Office for Tenancy Matters

The Conciliation Office for Tenancy Matters is a department within the General Secretariat of the Department of Economic and Health Affairs of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft. It is responsible for all disputes arising from the rental or lease of immovable property in the canton. We provide legal advice and conduct conciliation hearings, with the focus on reaching an agreement between the parties.
