Requirements

Target group
We support people who have had to give up their work due to psychological stress or crisis or who have difficulties establishing themselves in the labour market.
Framework conditions
• Duration: 6 months
• Workload: At least 2 hours per day on 4-5 days
• Start: Possible at any time
Placement companies (internal)
• 8 places in administration
• 1 place in the print centre or copy centre
• 1 place in post-processing: assembly and packing activities
• 4 places in the workshop: production of handicraft products
• 2 places in the café: housekeeping including gastronomy and cleaning
Components of the measure
• Movement/relaxation: successful start to the day
• Competence training: learning social skills, action skills, self-competences as well as reflections that are useful in the labour market
• PC course: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, social networks
• Application workshop 1: creating a current application dossier
• Application workshop 2: the whole range from successful searching for a follow-up solution to the job interview
• Work assignments in the placement company: social, methodological, self and professional competences are expanded in the placement company. Regular review meetings as well as self/third-party assessments are used to make ongoing adjustments and agree on support goals.
• Self-study: working on individual topics according to agreement with the integration advisor
• Trial placements in the primary labour market
• Individual coaching
Procedure
• Registration with the IV for an integration measure
• Introductory meeting at Horizonte with a tour of the placement sites and information about the integration measure process
Objectives
• Increase in performance (workload and capacity)
• Achieving an average of 6 hours per day
• Work capacity of 50%
• Creation of the application dossier
• Professional status assessment
• Legal basics of the employment relationship
