The hospitals fmi AG with over 1,600 employees include the two acute hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen, the psychiatry of the hospitals fmi AG, the health centre in Meiringen, the senior centres in Frutigen and Interlaken, the rescue service with 5 locations, the walk-in clinic in Interlaken as well as various practices. Your area of responsibility
- Applicant management; publishing job advertisements,
handling application correspondence - Creating work references
- Supporting HR consulting in various administrative tasks
Your skills
- Commercial basic training (EFZ) with further education in human resources, ideally as a clerk
- Sound knowledge of HR administration
- Experience with HR tools Umantis, Swiss+ is an advantage
- You work precisely, structured and think proactively
