Your responsibilities
- Support regional managers in financial management and provide reliable analyses to support decision-making
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results, identify variances, and recommend concrete optimization actions
- Actively contribute to budget and forecast processes
- Produce regular reporting and financial analyses (monthly and ad hoc) for your scope
- Support operational and sales teams in budget construction, ensuring consistency of assumptions
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, process optimization, and tool development
Your profile
- Degree in business management (HES/University) or commercial training completed by a specialization in management control / finance
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a multi-site environment or catering/retail
- Excellent mastery of Excel; knowledge of SAP and BI tools is an asset
- Analytical mind, structured, solution-oriented, and strong understanding of operational challenges
- Excellent communication skills and business partner attitude
- Bilingual French – German or French – English (mandatory)
- Senior profile, autonomous, able to interact with diverse interlocutors in a demanding environment
