About the job

The University of Teacher Education Lucerne is a centre of expertise and innovation for teacher education, pedagogy, and didactics. It comprises various degree programmes with around 2,500 students in training, as well as the areas of research & development and continuing education & services.

As of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we have the following position to fill:

HR Systems & Digitalisation Specialist (Abacus)

Your tasks

• Support, further development and optimisation of the HR application (Abacus)
• Analysis of requirements as well as implementation and adaptation of new and existing modules
• Collaboration in the digitalisation and automation of HR processes
• Creation and further development of HR key figures (KPIs), reports and evaluations
• Ensuring data quality (support with master data maintenance)

Your profile

• Commercial or business administration training, with an HR focus
• Experience with Abacus HR, Abacus Payroll and time management is an advantage
• Understanding of HR processes and their representation in systems
• Good Excel skills, experience in reporting is an advantage
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Independence and ability to work in a team
