What you can look forward to:

• Managing the executive's secretariat regarding administration, correspondence, and coordinating appointments
• Independently preparing and following up on meetings
• First point of contact for concerns from managers and employees
• Leading small and medium-sized projects
• Supporting the individual department heads

What we appreciate:

• Commercial training with several years of practical experience in a secretariat
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office products and affinity for other tools
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• High service orientation and the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and prioritise them calmly
