Workplace: Buchs (AG)
Workload: 100 %
Work model: 3-shift system (early / late / night - Monday to Friday, weekends off!)

- Willingness: You are absolutely ready to work in the weekly rotating 3-shift model (early, late and night shifts).
- Mobility: You own a car and a driving licence, as shift changes sometimes fall outside public transport schedules.
- Language Skills: Solid German skills. A good A2 is the minimum, ideally you are at B1/B2 level to implement work instructions and recipes without problems.
- Experience: Initial professional experience in food production or an industrial environment is a big plus.
- Personality: Reliable, a team player, physically fit and with a strong sense of cleanliness.
