About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Co-responsible for the flawless administrative support of HR processes in the area of time management
- Professional advice on administrative enquiries related to PolyPoint PEP
- Support for the application managers of the PEP time recording system
- Independent handling of
personnel administration throughout the entire
employee life cycle – from entry and
contract changes to exit - Preparation of employment contracts, confirmations, references and other personnel-related
documents as well as maintenance and ensuring correct personnel and master data
Your skills
- Commercial basic training (EFZ), with
further training in human resources, ideally as a clerk - Professional experience in personnel administration and/or time management; knowledge of the
time recording system PolyPoint PEP is an advantage - Good knowledge of administrative HR processes as well as a strong numerical and system understanding
- Independent, precise and structured way of working
as well as enjoyment of administrative and
system-supported tasks - Service-oriented, communicative and
reliable personality with high discretion and enjoyment in working with employees and managers
