Responsibilities:
- You manage documents and central email addresses and monitor incoming orders and enquiries
- You are responsible for meeting deadlines
- You support sales and the back office
- You assist in the accounting department
- You take care of logistics, export, customs, and shipping
- You are responsible for technical administration and carry out technical clarifications for recurring orders
- You look after our customers and coordinate deliveries
- You handle various administrative tasks and take corresponding phone calls
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial basic education
- You have several years of experience in administration
- You have an interest in technology
- You are confident in using ERP software
- You have very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
- You convince with high motivation and networked thinking
- You are flexible, reliable, and a team player
