Outpatient clinic, emergency, ambulatory care, hospitalisations: from birth to old age, Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with around 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practised within its walls for over 150 years. Surrounded by vineyards, with an incredible view of the mountains and the lake, Morges Hospital welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting.
We are looking for the following for Morges Hospital:
Community Care and Health Assistant - ASSC Medicine (M/F) at 80-100%
Start date as soon as possible or to be agreed.
The medicine department on the 1st floor has 40 beds, including 6 dedicated to palliative care, and provides interdisciplinary care for patients requiring general and acute palliative care.
The medicine department on the 2nd floor includes 43 beds, half of which are dedicated to acute care for seniors, with interdisciplinary care in an adapted environment aimed at promoting and maintaining autonomy in daily living activities.

YOU HAVE
- A Federal VET Diploma as Community Care and Health Assistant (ASSC).
- Good organisational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate).
- A sense of listening and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good emotional control, proactivity and flexibility.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the care of the patients entrusted to you, taking into account their needs, care objectives and medical orders, within your scope of competence and under nursing delegation.
- Support the physical, social and psychological well-being of the patients entrusted to you and help them organise daily activities.
- Be responsible for managing the patient’s immediate environment in terms of hygiene and safety.
- Optimise care through a personalised, comprehensive, multidisciplinary and interprofessional approach.
