HR Generalist 50-60% (m/f/d)

Introduction

Are you looking for a varied HR role where you can take responsibility and actively contribute to the success of a Swiss SME? For our client, we are seeking a committed, trustworthy, and independent individual who competently manages all HR matters.

Tasks

• You take responsibility for all HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from contract management to payroll administration and social insurance
• You carefully prepare payroll documents and ensure their correct processing together with an external fiduciary
• You plan and accompany the entire recruitment process
• You act as a competent contact person for employees and managers on all HR topics
• You handle accident and sickness notifications and keep all relevant parties informed
• You maintain communication with authorities, insurance companies, and other external partners
• You ensure that legal requirements in labour and social insurance law are always complied with

Profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training in HR
• You work in a structured, reliable manner with a high awareness of quality
• Discretion and trustworthiness characterise your personality
• You communicate very confidently in German; English skills are a plus
• You are comfortable using MS Office
