To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual as Setter Assembly in 3-Shift(m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Setting up and adjusting assembly machines according to the production plan
• Optimising machines in case of excessive rejects and troubleshooting
• Participating in ongoing production including creating order documents and checking for completeness
• Cleaning machines and supporting maintenance shifts
• Inspecting parts according to specifications after interventions on the machine
• Reporting malfunctions to BMU and documenting in the machine logbook
• Reporting deviations and irregularities to the supervisor
• Cooperating with related departments: BMU, PE
• Supporting team leaders in general production processes
• Passing on information during shift handovers
• Training and instructing new employees
• Continuous further training as agreed with the supervisor
• Ensuring maintenance of the available operating resources

Qualifications

• Technical basic training or several years of experience in a comparable role
• Mechanical understanding and technical skill
• Experience in a production environment, ideally with automated machines
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
• Experience in production environment ISO 8 & GMP
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• Good oral and written German skills are mandatory
