Facilities Manager (m/f/d)
We are expanding our team and are looking for a qualified
Facilities Manager (m/f/d)
for the comprehensive management of one of our most important client accounts. This responsible position includes professional facility management of three locations and requires both technical expertise and strong customer orientation.
Your key areas of responsibility:
- Taking over the operational management of facility management for three locations in Switzerland and Austria
- Ensuring smooth building operations and guaranteeing optimal workplace quality
- Regular, systematic site inspections for quality control and condition assessment
- Efficient coordination between locations considering local specifics and requirements
- Assuming the role as the primary contact person for the client on site
- Planning and conducting regular client meetings as well as comprehensive reporting on all location-relevant topics
- Intensive collaboration with the internal account management team to optimize customer care
- Proactive communication and timely information on important developments
- Monitoring and coordination of all technical building equipment
- Strategic management and coordination of all external service providers
- Continuous quality control of the services provided as well as negotiation in contract matters
- Identification and implementation of cost optimization measures
- Independent budget planning and ongoing budget monitoring for all three locations
- Preparation of detailed monthly reports and sound cost analyses
- Ensuring compliance with all JLL and client-specific quality standards
Your professional qualifications and work experience
- Completed university degree in the fields of facility management, building technology, supply engineering, architecture or comparable qualification
- Industry-specific certifications (e.g. GEFMA, IFMA) are desirable
- Solid understanding of technical building equipment and current building technologies
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in facility management
- Proven competence in managing multi-site portfolios or larger real estate holdings
- Successful references in customer management and in leading service providers
- Practical experience in taking over budget and cost responsibility
- Professional handling of CAFM systems and facility-relevant software solutions
- Knowledge of applicable FM standards and regulations in Switzerland and Austria
- Familiarity with modern facility management processes and best practices
- Very good knowledge of German and English, spoken and written
- Good French skills for effective communication with all parties involved

- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly between the different locations
