For the regional location Rapperswil-Jona, we are looking for a

Clerk (m/f/d)

from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement within the framework of a job-sharing model

• Preparation of inheritance law dispositions (opening of wills, inheritance certificates) up to signature maturity with independent execution of the associated heir investigations
• Providing information and advice to customers at the counter and by telephone
• Accounting (cash management and creation of debtor invoices)
• Preparation of public documents as well as certifications and possibility to assist in the execution of inheritance inventories and divisions
• General secretarial tasks
• Co-responsibility as a practical trainer for the professional and personal supervision of the apprentice during his/her training

• Completed commercial training, preferably with professional experience
• Quick comprehension as well as precise and independent working method
• Friendly and engaging manner
• Enjoyment in contact with different stakeholders
• High degree of discretion and sense of responsibility
• Teamwork skills as well as pronounced service orientation
