Senior Consultant HR & Digital Transformation (80–100%)

Your role

• You advise clients on HR transformation projects, from analysing the initial situation through target image and roadmap to implementation. In doing so, you design digital processes in key HR domains such as recruiting, talent management and talent administration.
• You lead projects for the selection and introduction of HR software, especially focusing on Abacus Umantis, and take over overall project management if required.
• You advise clients on the use of AI in HR. You classify use cases, clarify opportunities, risks and data protection requirements, and support teams and managers through the change.
• You successfully develop leads into mandates and actively expand the business. In ongoing projects, you identify further needs and create the basis for follow-up projects with convincing results.
• You contribute to our strategic initiative around the partnership with Abacus Umantis and actively develop our offering in the area of HR tech and AI.

What distinguishes you

• University degree in business administration, business informatics, human resources or a comparable field
• At least five years of experience in HR IT projects, including the introduction of HR software and project management
• Sound understanding of change management and confident appearance towards specialist departments, IT and management
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in further developing client relationships; experience in the consulting industry and in acquiring mandates is a plus
• Advantageous: knowledge of the HR software market, experience with AI applications in HR or knowledge of data protection (nDSG)
• Very good German and good English skills; French is a plus
• High willingness to travel and flexibility for assignments within the German-speaking part of Switzerland
