To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Construction Manager 80 - 100% for the Construction Management competence area.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent and responsible handling of exciting building construction projects in new build and refurbishment
• Management of the tendering and awarding process
• Responsibility for cost planning and cost control
• Coordination on site from the start of construction through commissioning to the completion of warranty work

Your Profile

• At least 6 years of professional experience in construction management and tendering
• Several years of experience with submission procedures for private and public procurement
• Your negotiation skills particularly distinguish you in customer contact
• You have a good sense for planning and coordination
• You are well acquainted with construction administration, the SIA standards, and current legislation
• You are a team player and appreciate open and honest communication
• You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and in an advisory role
