Around 50 attending physicians and more than 70 employees offer patients first-class medical care in the specialties of orthopaedics, neurosurgery, ENT, and general and visceral surgery.

We are an upbeat, motivated team and are looking for a dedicated, competent, and team-oriented individual for our newly established patient administration team.

Job Description

• Co-development and consolidation of processes in the area of patient administration
• Ensuring service recording and correct billing of services provided
• Preparing invoices according to valid tariffs and contracts
• Recording and checking medical fees according to specified tariffs
• Obtaining all necessary documents for coding
• Monitoring cost approvals and deposit payments
• Preparing cost estimates
• Handling invoice rejections and assisting with accounts receivable management
• Monitoring statistical analyses with the Business Partner Controlling
• Close collaboration with patients, insurers, attending physicians, and internal or cross-group interfaces

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in healthcare
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss tariff system and health insurance law
• Extensive experience in accounts receivable accounting
• Very good MS Office skills
• Resilient and flexible personality with a high sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented and responsible working style
• Well-groomed and confident appearance
• Fluent German, good spoken French and English skills are helpful
