Purpose of the role:
In this versatile sales role, you are responsible for actively acquiring new partners and customers as well as sustainably expanding existing business relationships in the field of Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC). With your pronounced sales flair, customer orientation and structured sales approach, you develop business potential, promote the growth of our manufacturer solutions and contribute significantly to achieving our sales targets.
Your challenge:
- Active acquisition of new customers and business potential through targeted market development, structured telephone acquisition and sales campaigns (hunting)
- Reactivation of existing, inactive customers and partners as well as sustainable building and further development of long-term business relationships
- Expansion of the existing partner and customer portfolio through targeted cross- and upselling of the UCC portfolio as well as strategic manufacturer solutions
- Strong focus on inside sales with active telephone customer advice, opportunity development, sales management and consistent follow-up of sales opportunities
- Regular personal and virtual exchange with partners to identify new business opportunities and ensure close customer proximity
- Proactive acquisition, development and retention of sales partners with a focus on sustainable growth and portfolio penetration
- Creation, calculation, management and follow-up of offers up to successful contract conclusion
- Close cooperation with Business Development Managers, the General Sales Team and manufacturers to develop and implement joint sales initiatives
- Active participation in manufacturer campaigns as well as marketing of strategic vendors and growth areas in the UCC environment
- Systematic maintenance, prioritisation and further development of the sales pipeline in the CRM including forecasting and KPI-oriented sales management
- Identification and utilisation of internal synergies to unlock additional business opportunities with existing customers and partners
- Independent planning and implementation of sales and activation measures to increase customer breadth, customer activity and sales development
Your profile:
- Completed commercial or technical basic training, ideally with further education in sales, marketing or business administration
- Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT, telecommunications or UCC environment
- Proven success in acquiring new customers as well as expanding existing customer and partner relationships
- Strong communication and sales skills with high customer and service orientation
- Experience in telephone sales (inside sales) as well as professional management of sales opportunities and sales pipelines
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style with high initiative
- Confident handling of CRM systems as well as good knowledge in offer preparation and sales planning
- Enjoyment in working with manufacturers, partners and internal stakeholders
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; good English skills, French an advantage
- Committed, resilient and convincing personality with professional appearance and pronounced will to succeed
