Do you want to start your career in an innovative, international environment and actively shape the future of the energy industry? Our 18-month international trainee programme offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various companies and countries. You will take on responsibility, work on exciting projects, and lay the foundation for a successful career in engineering or management.

What you will do

• Three varied placements of 6 months each: You will work at two locations within the country and gain valuable experience during an overseas stay.
• Take responsibility for exciting projects: Whether product development, process optimisation, analysis or conception – you will be actively involved from the start.
• Initiative is rewarded: You independently select the projects for your next placement and develop the skills to prioritise strategically and negotiate.
• Become part of a dynamic network of experts and professionals and contribute your ideas to develop forward-looking solutions.

What you bring

• Completed studies in engineering sciences (e.g. electrical engineering, systems engineering).
• Very good language skills in German and English – additional languages are an advantage.
• A structured, independent and proactive way of working, combined with organisational talent and a "can-do mentality"
• Enjoy working in international teams and are eager to take on responsibility
• A team-oriented and diplomatic personality with initiative, who feels comfortable in an SME environment
• Flexibility, curiosity and a passion for quickly familiarising yourself with new topics

More about us

We are a medium-sized group of companies headquartered in Hirschthal in the canton of Aargau, Switzerland. We develop, produce and distribute products and solutions for customers in the field of electrical energy technology. With the strong brands PFIFFNER, MOSER GLASER, HAEFELY and HAVECO, we have been successfully present in the market for many years.

We have a system service provider as well as seven production sites in Switzerland, Turkey, Brazil, Germany and the USA with a total of around 1,200 employees.
