Your main tasks:
- Test execution and analysis: You carry out physical tests including sample preparation as well as macro- and microstructure examinations, document the results and create deviation reports.
- Testing technology and problem solving: You analyse testing-related issues, conduct mix-up tests and develop practical solutions.
- Documentation and systems: You maintain test protocols in the SAP/beas system and process relevant documents in the management manual.
- Coordination and deadlines: You monitor deadlines within the acceptance department and ensure a smooth process.
- External services and budget: You organise external services, monitor their costs and collaborate with the QM manager in the annual budget planning.
- Standards and test equipment management: You ensure compliance with current standards, monitor the validity of test equipment and maintain the corresponding overviews.
What you bring with you:
- Training and experience: You have completed a basic technical training, ideally in the field of materials or material testing, and bring practical experience in technical testing, quality assurance or laboratory environment.
- Technical and standards knowledge: You have knowledge of physical testing methods as well as structure examinations (macro/micro) and are familiar with relevant standards and the handling of test equipment.
- Working method and skills: You work in a structured, careful and independent manner, have a strong quality awareness as well as analytical skills and find practical solutions.
- IT skills: You are confident in using MS Office and ideally have experience with SAP or comparable systems.
- Organisation and teamwork: You keep track of deadlines and processes, work efficiently and actively contribute to the team.
- Language skills: You have good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
