For our residential area Birke/Linde in Wilderswil with around 22 places in the long-term area for adults, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person from March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Tasks to be done
- Caring for and promoting people with psychological and cognitive impairments in the residential area
- Practical everyday and leisure support
- Key worker duties / support planning
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
- Responsible and independent work
- Administrative tasks
What we expect from you
- Completed specialized training in social pedagogy HF / FH
- Professional experience in a similar environment
- Psychological resilience, flexibility, independence, sense of humor
- Driver's license category B required
