Specialist in Claims Management (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities:

• Review and processing of claims cases
• Assessment of insurance benefits based on legal and contractual guidelines
• Clarification of complex matters and evaluation of claims entitlements
• Processing of cost approvals
• Review and processing of incoming invoices
• Telephone and written contact with insured persons, service providers, and internal departments
• Participation in process optimisation
• Support in cross-departmental projects

You have completed commercial training or possess a comparable qualification and ideally bring professional experience in claims management or a similar role. Knowledge of health insurance (KVG/VVG) as well as basic medical knowledge are advantageous. Experience with the Swiss tariff system will facilitate your entry. You work in a structured, responsible, and independent manner, make well-founded decisions, and are characterised by a strong service and customer orientation. Very good German skills and good English skills are required.
