Your Tasks

• Leadership and development of the installation and service team
• Planning, coordination and supervision of installation and service assignments
• Responsibility for deployment and resource planning
• Continuous optimisation of processes and workflows
• Support with technical queries
• Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships
• Monitoring of costs, quality and occupational safety

Your Profile

• Technical basic training, ideally in the carpentry or wood industry
• Commercial further education
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in installation or service business
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Assertiveness, strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Driving licence category B
