Your main tasks

– Overall responsibility for the ERP system (MS Dynamics 365 Business Central) and its peripheral systems

– Documentation, training and introduction of business processes

– Identification of optimisation potential in internal workflows, processes and structures

– Interface to IT service providers, software partners and management

– Management, coordination and monitoring of internal digitalisation and optimisation projects from idea to go-live

– Development and implementation of project plans including resource, budget and time planning

– Ensuring system availability, data security and compliance

– Communication with internal stakeholders and ensuring smooth information flow

– Introduction and further development of project management standards and tools within the company

What you bring with you

– Completed training in computer science, business informatics or comparable (HF/FH)

– Several years of experience in ERP administration and further development (ideally in manufacturing industry)

– Experience in project management (agile and classical)

– Sound knowledge in process modelling

– Structured, solution-oriented working method

– Very good German skills

– English spoken and written
