What you achieve
- You take responsibility for training and further education in the corporate client business at the general agencies in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
- You design, develop, and conduct training and further education programmes for client advisors as well as internal service employees in the corporate client business.
- You organise and conduct modern learning formats and learning paths, training sessions, workshops, and seminars that promote sustainable learning and successful practical transfer.
- You accompany and coach employees individually in their professional and personal development.
- You continuously evaluate and develop the learning offerings, focusing on effectiveness, relevance, and sustainable practical transfer.
- You ensure the interface between sales, training, and other company departments.
What you bring
- You speak German and ideally have good to very good French skills. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
- You are a committed personality and have a solid education or degree in insurance, finance, or corporate client consulting (e.g. VBV or federal specialist certificate).
- Ideally, you bring solid expertise in the corporate client business as well as further training in adult education, coaching, or leadership.
- You have experience in designing and conducting training sessions, workshops, or development programmes.
- You like to take responsibility, work independently, are flexible, and have strong organisational skills.
- You are a strong communicator who uses their knowledge and experience purposefully to sustainably develop teams and managers and achieve common goals.
- You enjoy accompanying, promoting, and sustainably strengthening people in their development.
- You are willing to travel within Switzerland about 40-50% of the time.
